My Current To Be Read Pile

I've been getting back into reading again and this year is the year I'm hoping to get through my TBR (to be read) pile that has accumulated over the last while - eagerly waiting for me to get stuck into them. They've been gathered by various sources; lends from a friend, brought them myself or a posted one!

As we're at the beginning of February and I'm nearing the last 3 chapters of my 3rd book of 2016, I thought I'd share with you my pile. I got a Kindle for Christmas and I've read a book off there, but I felt I should probably begin reading the books I have laying around before purchasing some new ones on my gadget. Saving money and all that which was also another resolution!

Gathering all books I've yet to read, I've found a theme of  Romance books, I really enjoy these books with a bit of a twist. I also really like mystery books where a plot wraps round you and you get stuck in it. I love a story I can completely envelope myself in - I think we all like a book we can get engrossed in and really love/hate the characters!

So as you can see my pile isn't enormous but it's my current stack to read.
From top to bottom..

The Patchwork Marriage
The Jane Austen Book Club
The Rosie Effect
The Woman Who Stole My Life
Strictly Between Us
Casual Vacancy

I'm not putting a time limit to when I read these by, I want to enjoy them as I go down the pile. All these books really interest me and I can't wait to really get stuck into them.

If you follow me on Instagram I often post when I'm about to start a new book and what hopes I have for them. In my monthly Papery Peep posts I will be including any books I've been reading in the month and over the course of the year, you'll undoubtedly come across these titles - I'll post a mini review on what I thought on them, in them posts.

Have you read any of these titles? Is there any books you suggest based on these? I'd love to hear any suggestions for further reading.
