Diet: Week 4

You can only imagine the delight I felt when I stepped on the scales to discover another 2lbs loss!! It has to be said that I did a little happy dance to celebrate. I was so pleased that I had managed to hit my first goal of 15st! (next one is 14st 9lbs - pre-pregnancy weight)

I have to admit that this week hasn't been very easy as I've had a few hypo's.. It's definitely down to the weight loss, it messes up my readings so much. But I'm getting a lot better at judging the amount I need to what I've eaten.
I'm just glad I didn't give up last week when I found that I hadn't lost any as it has paid off.. Also this week I've been able to get back into my workouts now that Noah is 6 weeks old+!
I was a little apprehensive about doing a workout on Sunday as 6 weeks has been said to be a minimum before exercise after a c-section, but I felt fine and I'm recovering well so I went ahead and gave it a go. I knew that if I was to become uncomfortable, I can leave it another week and try again.. Luckily I had no issues and got straight into it! It was so lovely being able to do Zumba again for the first time in like.. 10 1/2 months? I  felt so unfit half way through but pressed on as results don't happen by giving up!
Afterwards I was sweating loads but felt that post-workout glow, it made me feel really good! I did another on Monday night.. I have to say that I'm finding it much easier with the diet rather than the exercise at the moment, but I think it's just I need to build up my fitness levels again!

I can do this and I will do this.. I've just got to keep going! :) I'm just looking forward to reading the results on Sunday as I've been working really hard this week food and exercise wise, fingers crossed I've lost some more. I am getting so I can see the differences in my body, so I'm sure it won't be long until people can see it too!

I found these photo's on the internet today and thought they were fab.. Really great motivational images! Made me feel really good about what I've lost so far.
